Facing the impressive Maricá Lagoon, the equestrian center is set in a privileged area with stunning views and a serene atmosphere — a setting designed to captivate from the very first glance.

With high-end facilities and international standards, the center will host major show jumping and dressage competitions, bringing together athletes, horses, and equestrian enthusiasts in an environment of technique, emotion, and elegance. Featuring both indoor and outdoor arenas as well as training walkers, the venue offers experiences for all ages and skill levels — from personalized training sessions to guided horseback rides around the area.

Maria Esther Bueno
Tennis & Sports Club

The first high-performance tennis center in the country.

In the heart of MARAEY’s Natural Reserve, a club arises inspired by the legend Maria Esther Bueno – the “Ballerina of Tennis,” who embodied technique, elegance, and passion for the sport.

Maria Esther Bueno was Brazil’s greatest tennis player, winner of 19 Grand Slam titles and the first Latin American woman to win Wimbledon.

With eight courts, including clay, grass, and hard surfaces — the three typologies of major international tournaments — it will be the only sports complex of this standard in the country.

The club also offers a modern indoor climbing arena, padel courts, a soccer field, a semi-Olympic indoor pool and outdoor pools, as well as spacious leisure areas, restaurants, and a vibrant social club.
